How does our junk removal process work?
Call us for full service junk removal services. (Call or book online)
Schedule a time for a free estimate or schedule the appt. (On-site or over the phone)
We haul it away (Same-day service available)
Responsible Disposal (Donation, recycling, landfill if needed)
Do I have to be present for pickup?
No, you do not need to be present as long as we have access to the items or they are curbside we are good to go. We have already received your payment online if this service was for a curbside pickup unless there were more items than discussed then we will just give you a call to finalize the remaining balance.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is ALWAYS subject to change. We have that discretion as a business, but rest assured we are very transparent with how each expense is broken down. Cost typically include labor, fuel & dump fees. We are an American based company which means we proudly support those who have fought for our freedom to operate in the free enterprise system. WE OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR EDUCATORS, 1ST RESPONDERS & MILITARY (Active or retired).

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know exactly what you need hauled away & have a budget. Express your budget to the business & be as transparent as possible with the business. You don’t want any surprises and neither does the business owner. This helps mitigate additional charges for things that were not discussed prior to the job being completed. Send photos and videos if possible when the business can’t come for an in person quote.
